Video Ad Variation Generator
This video ad variation generator turns one proven ad into up to four variations per run. Each variation changes the creator, outfit, location or product while keeping the hook timing, the edit and the original soundtrack you already tested.

Why video ad variations beat brand-new concepts for testing
Video ad variations let you test one thing at a time. When the script, pacing and offer stay fixed and only the creator or setting changes, the difference in results tells you something real about your audience. A brand-new concept changes everything at once, so a lift or a drop is hard to explain.
Variations also feed the delivery system what it asks for. Meta and TikTok both reward fresh creative when frequency climbs; a set of video ad variations built on a known winner gives the algorithm new assets without asking it to relearn what works.
How the generator builds each variation
You upload the ad and choose what may change. The generator writes a separate direction for every variation, for example a woman in her thirties in a city apartment for one and a man in a gym for the next, so you never get four near-copies. Each direction, together with your reference video and any product or creator photos, goes to the video model.
The model follows the motion and framing of the original shot by shot. When "Keep the original audio" is on, we lay your soundtrack back over the result, so voiceover, music and beat cuts line up exactly as before.
A simple testing plan with four variations
Start with your best ad by ROAS or hook rate over the last 14 days. Run one batch that changes only the creator (four variations), and one that changes only the location. Launch them in the same ad set as the original with equal budgets for three to five days, then keep the variations that beat the control and multiply those again.
Each video ad variation costs one ad, $9.90 on its own or as little as $6.58 in a 50-ad pack, so a two-batch test of eight variations costs between about $53 and $80. Failed variations are never charged.
What makes a good source ad
One main subject, steady framing and clear light give the most faithful variations. Talking-head UGC, product-in-hand demos and unboxings work well. Ads with many people, very fast cuts or large burned-in captions are harder to follow; trim them to the strongest 15 seconds first.

FAQ
How many video ad variations can I make from one ad?
Up to four per run, and you can run the same ad again as often as you like. Each run writes new directions, so later batches differ from earlier ones.
Are the variations the same length as my ad?
Yes. A variation matches the clip you chose: the full ad up to 15 seconds at the standard price, or up to 30 seconds at twice the price.
Can I control what each variation looks like?
Choose the things that may change, describe what you want in a sentence, and add reference photos of a product, a creator or a place. The generator spreads your direction across the variations.
Do variations keep burned-in captions?
Captions in the source are usually redrawn by the model and can come out garbled, so we recommend uploading a version without captions and adding them in your editor afterwards.
